LAGOS WATER CORPORATION VISITS CUSTOMERS TO IMPROVE WATER SERVICE DELIVERY

Lagos Water Corporation is planning to visit Water Customers for effective Service delivery. The Exercise will be commencing from Surulere Area of Lagos State on Thursday 7th July, 2016 and will be extended to other parts of Lagos metropolis.

In a statement released at the Water House, Ijora, Lagos, the Corporation’s Group Managing Director, Engr. Muminu Adekunle Badmus said the Officials of Lagos Water Corporation will be visiting the Customers to verify their Water problems like Over Billing, No Billing, Double Billing, No Water, Water Leakages, Non Reflection of Payments etc, in order to find lasting solution to the problems.

He however urged the residents of the State to cooperate with the Officials and give them necessary assistance.  The officials will be identified with the Lagos State Government Identity cards.

While assuring the Public of the Corporation’s commitment towards providing effective Service Delivery, Engr. Badmus said the Exercise is designed to improve water services to every home in Lagos, he concluded.
