LWC, A ROLE MODEL IN WATER SUPPLY IN NIGERIA – Jos Water Service Corporation

…as LWC Management/HODs dazzles guests/delegates

Lagos Water Corporation has been adjudged as a “Role model in Water supply in Nigeria”.

This assertion was made on Monday 18th October, 2021, during the Learning Visit of the Jos Water Service Corporation to the Largest Water Producer in Sub-sahara African, Lagos Water Corporation.

The formerly, Plateau State Water Board who are currently on transition process to Jos Water Service Corporation is presently in Lagos, LWC to acquire knowledge, experience on the LWC activities, Projects, particularly, World Bank Projects.

LWC is considered and regarded as “Reference Point in Water Service Delivery in Nigeria,” as Lagos State is a “Centre of Excellence”. (“AJI SE BI OYO LAN’RI OYO ONI SE BI BABA ENI KANKAN”).

The LWC Management team, led by Mr. Pathfinder, Engr. Muminu Adekunle Badmus, and Heads of Departments (HODs) present at the meeting were simply “Amazing and Awesome” as they gave a good accounts of themselves while briefing the delegates their work responsibilities/schedules particularly, World Bank Projects experience.

The LWC team received so much accolades and encomium from the Jos Water Service Corporation delegates present at the meeting.

The day 2 of the 3-day learning visit is a visit to LWC Waterworks, today Tuesday 19th October, 2021, while the 3rd day, Wednesday 20th October, 2021is set aside for presentation from the visitors at the LWC Water-House, Ijora, Lagos.
