Lagos Water Corporation has attributed the present disruption of Water supply to some parts of the State to the current National Power Systems Collapse.
This was revealed today, Wednesday 16th, March, 2022, in Lagos.
The Corporation in its statement explained that the “current water disruption is as a result of National Power Systems Collapse which also affected Water Production and Supply at our major waterplants at Adiyan, Iju”, adding that operations are ongoing at the other Mini Waterworks across the State.

The Corporation however reaffirmed its commitment to close water demand gap in the State, by improving Water supply, thanking Lagosians for their usual Cooperation and Understanding.
