LWC SETS UP TRANSITION COMMITTE

…Congratulates new MD/CEO and Executive Director, Operations, schedules hand over ceremony for today Wednesday, 12th July, 2023

Lagos water corporation has set up a Transition Committee to facilitate and manage the handing over of post of Managing Director/CEO of LWC from Engr. Muminu Adekunle Badmus to the new MD/CEO, Engr. Mukhtaar Tijani.

The Director, Administration and Human Resources, Mr. Sheriff Akinpelu made this known yesterday, Tuesday 11th July, 2023.

This is to allow Engr. Tijani to quickly settle down and acquaint himself to the operations of the Corporation.

The handing over ceremony is expected to take place today Wednesday 12th July, 2023 at the LWC Headquarters Boardroom, Water-House Ijora Lagos.

The Management Staff and Directors at all levels are expected to be at the ceremony.

This development follows the appointment of Engr. Mukhtaar Tijani as the new Managing Director/CEO, Lagos Water Corporation by Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, Governor of Lagos State.

Earlier, the outgoing MD/CEO, Engr. Muminu Badmus has introduced the new Managing Director/CEO to the Management and entire Staff of the Corporation for familiarisation.

The Management and entire Staff of LWC Congratulates the new MD/CEO and the Executive Director (Operations), Engr. Mrs. Helen Taiwo.
