WATER CORPORATION RESTORES WATER SUPPLY

Lagos Water Corporation has restored potable water to the Lagos Metropolis after few weeks of disruption of water supply due to technical fault at Akute Intake which affected the Major Waterworks at Iju and Adiyan.

On a phone-in program at the 96.1 Traffic FM, , Lagos held today, the Corporation’s Managing Director, Engr. Muminu Adekunle Badmus said the Lagos Water Corporation has resumed un-interrupted water production and supply across the State.

He also apologized to the general public for the discomfort and inconveniences caused during the disruption of water supply in the State.

Engr. Badmus went further to thank the public for their appreciation, patience and understanding during this period, and promised an improved services.

While expressing his sincere regret over the incident, the MD assured Lagosians of Safe and Regular potable water supply, and urged the members of the public to call the Corporation’s Help Lines and Customer Care Line on 07045973012 or visit LWC website: www.lagoswater.org for complaint on water leakage and pipes Vandalization  etc.
